India’s scorching summers can pose a significant health risk for both humans and animals. Limited access to drinking water and proper protection can lead to dehydration, heatstroke, and other health complications.
Our summer Initiatives provide much-needed relief from the heat for both humans and animals in our communities.
We understand that animals, especially stray animals and birds, are particularly vulnerable during the summer months. We distribute water pots in strategic locations to ensure they have access to clean drinking water and can stay hydrated. Furthermore, for three months during the peak of summer, we operate “Pani in Parab” ( Water Stations) in public areas. These stations provide free, cool drinking water to anyone in need, helping to combat dehydration and heatstroke.
